This is the first report from the UN system-wide Task Team on the Post-2015 Development Agenda which will frame the work of the UN High-Level Panel. The report recommends that new goals should build on the strengths of the Millennium Development Goals, apply to all countries, and be based on the fundamental principles of human rights, equality, and sustainability.
